Parenting Courses: Teenagers
The course is six weeks, 2 hours per session, using a parent’s guide and DVD covering practical and everyday situations.
The sessions are friendly and informative, offering common sense suggestions, to enable parents to come together and support each other.
Topics are discussed in depth and include:
- Encouraging and listening to children
- Dealing with difficult behaviour
- Positive discipline
- Improving parent and child communication
- Making time for yourself
- Spending time with your children
Trained and experienced facilitators run the courses in local venues.
Tuesdays 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 November and 6 December 2011
from 7pm to 9pm at The Allendale Centre in Wimborne.

The courses are run by Tim Ridge and Mary Marsh, both of whom are experienced facilitators.
The charge for the course is only £10.00.
This cost is kept low due to the generous support of Wimborne Rotary Club.
